Description

Subject Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis as a Total Small Business Set Aside. Item: Coveralls, Flyer's, Anti-Exposure, CWU 62 B/P and 62 C/P. NSN: 8475-01-483-8563(s) and 8475-01-388-0928(s). This is a Qualified Products List (QPL) item to be made in accordance with Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Specification MIL-DTL-85633, Type I and III. Any contractor who would like to be considered for the Qualified Producer's List, contact Melisa Marcovitz at (215) 737-7846. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with four option years. The government may award multiple or a single indefinite-quantity type contract to fulfill this requirement. Base year minimum quantity is 7,162 each. Base year maximum quantity is 11,500 each. Each of the four (4) term option years has a minimum quantity of 5,500 each and a maximum quantity of 9,500 each. Quantities for the Base Year and all 4 Option Years will consist of any combination of sizes of the 62 B/P and 62 C/P. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Past Performance and DLA Mentoring will be evaluated. First Articles will be required. Twelve (12) Deliveries are required beginning 270 days after date of award and every thirty days thereafter. FOB Destination applies. Destinations are Defense Depots New Cumberland, PA and Tracey, CA. All materials are to be contractor furnished. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is October 3, 2001. The deadline for receipt of offers will be 30 days from date of solicitation issuance. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation and shall be considered by the agency. Numbered Notes 9, 23, and 26 Apply.
