Description

Services of an Architect-Engineer firm are requested to provide services including, but not limited to, preparation of construction bid documents (drawings & specifications), construction estimate, as-built drawings, construction period services, site visits and reproduction of bid documents. Work includes, but is not limited to, repair and replacement to parking lots and streets, sidewalks, exterior wheelchair ramps, entrance steps and landings, flat roofs, slate roofs, exterior doors/frames, painting of exterior building trim and metal pedestrian bridge, guttering and tuckpointing. Completion time 120 calendar days. Estimated construction cost range between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms within the State of Iowa. NAICS code 541310. Award subject to availability of funds. Interested firms submit appropriate data described in numbered Notes 24 and 25 no later than October 15, 2001. This is not a request for proposal.
