This is a notice of intent to negotiate with BioMerieux, Incorporated, 595 Anglum Drive, Hazelwood, MO 63042-2320 to Renew the maintenance agreement and standing order of Reagents used in BioMerieux Vitek 32 Systems, including training for Two Laboratory Technicians. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
