Description

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Combined Tactical Systems, Inc. Combined Tactical Systems, Inc. on a sole source basis for 12 gauge bean bags which meets USSS requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written responses received by September 19, 2001 will be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within ten (10) days See Note 22 ( Sole Source Award). Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
