PR No: YPG01236000986. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Guard Assembly,RH Controls for a C-130 aircraft. T his solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: AAR Cargo Systems Cage 81868, The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Esti mated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1670-00-077-3037; P/N 14527-328-2; AEQ 36 for Base and Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 128 days. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not avai lable and can not be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price , past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1 ), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
