Unrest ricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 110 each to Stockton, CA 95296 (parcel post) or Tracy, CA 95376(freight)plus 100% quantity option. Delivery 137 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue Date 28 September 01. Solicitation will not be available via the Gateway.
