Provide 13 EA Mercury 40 hp outboard engines and 13 EA engine propellors and accessories. The engines must include the following features: pull start, tiller arm, non-oil injected, 15 inch shaft, and 3 cylinder short shaft and include a 2 year warranty. This RFQ is a synopsis for commercial supplies in accordancwith the format in FAR 5.207. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3519, Internal Combustion Engines, N.E.C.
