Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutesthe only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number as shown in this announcement is a Request for Proposal (RFP). Contractors interested in this solicitation shall fax their bids to include their federal tax I.D. number, CAG E code, DUNS number, and corporate status. The contract will be a firm fixed priced contract. Contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanity. Contractors shall include a completed copy of the provisions and clauses from FAR: 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-1, 52.212-5 (apply 52.222-3, 52.233-3, 5 2.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.225-3) 52.216-18 (apply Sept. 2001 thru Sept 2004). 52.216-19 (apply (a) 3,000 tons, (b)(1) 100,000 tons, (b)(2) 100,000 tons, (b)(3) 60 days (d) 10 days). Maximum contract shall not exceed five million dollars. Listed below are the quantites: PennDot 2A -- 14,000 ton, 2B PennDot 4.000 ton, Penndot #4 -- 12,000 tons, and PennDot R-4 -- 4,000 tons.
