This is an Amendment 02 to a combined synopsis/solicitation number N00173-R-DJ03 is to extend the closing date and to incorporate FAR 52.215-5, "Facsimile Proposals" is hereby incorporated into this combined-synopsis/solicitation and is hereby completed as follows: "Paragraph (c) is completed as follows: (202) 767-5896 (primary) or (202) 767-0494 (alternate); in addition facsimile proposals may be transmitted by e-mail to ABDON@ CONTRACTS.NRL.NAVY.MIL (primary) or CARRINGTON @ CONTRACTS.NRL.NAVY.MIL (alternate) in either Microsoft Word (version 97 or earlier) or pdf format". The closing date of this requirement is revised from 14 September 2001 to 18 September 2001 at 4:00 P.M. EST. Any questions may be directed to Ms. Hilda R.
