Description

The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for the purchase of NCR Teradata system upgrades to hardware currently installed in the Detroit Computing Center. The IRS believes that NCR is the only company who can meet our need. The follow ing hardware is required: 66 ea Teradata 9GB Disk Drives and 88 ea Teradata 256MB Ver-2 Memory. The IRS will accept refurb ished hardware. Any company who believes they can provide the above listed hardware must submit a company capability state ment and a price proposal NLT 12 PM, Thursday, September 20, 2001. Capability statement and price proposal must be submitt ed to Judy Silver, with a copy to Dianne Goosby, at the e-mail addresses below. Delivery of the hardware is required NLT 60 days after receipt of award. If the IRS does not receive competitive pricing proposals, this hardware will be added to a B lanket Purchase Agreement under the NCR GSA Schedule Contract as incidental open market items.
