F41636-01-T-C510 -- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS and SOLICITATION, 100% restricted to small business, for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information below. This requirement is for Military working Dog supplies and Personal Gear as follows: CLIN 0001: Pinch Collars, german Steel, X-Large 3.8 mm, PSI 6427, 50 each. =20 CLIN 0002: Bitebar Sleeves, all around training sleeve, #193 Right, 40 each. =20 CLIN 0003: Bitebar Sleeves, all around training sleeve, #193 Right, 40 each.=20 CLIN 0004: Ultra Training sleeve, Compressions Bite Core, #203 Left, 5 each. =20 CLIN 0005: Ultra training sleeve, Compression Bite Core, 5 each =20 CLIN 0006: Collars, 1-1/4 in. W x 22 in. L x w/8 holes, 1 in. apart MIL-C-1161, 50 each CLIN 0007: Stake out chains, 72 in. long with bolt snap, 30 each. =20 CLIN 0008: Scratch Pants, leather lite padded, Cat#2FA, X-large, 4 each CLIN 0009: Full bite suit, large, Ultra Kimono 1, 2 each. CLIN 0010: Leash, ? in. x 6 in., cat#7972 No 1 grade English Rein leather, 150 each CLIN 0011: Slicker brushes, medium/firm, #COA-W407, 100 each CLIN 0012: Chocj chains, heave 24 in., 530 lbs test, 100 each CLIN 0013: Muzzels, Plastic size, JM4 for Shepherd, 75 each CLIN 0014: Wrap covers (Cuffs for bitebar Sleeves) 64 DLXCuff, 50 each CLIN 0015: Bungee Tie Out, 15 in. long, stretches to 30 feet., 3 each CLIN 0016: Kongs, large, 2-3/4 in. x 4 in., 68 each Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement request. Offerors must complete Representations and Certifications if not already on file with this office, and must be registered in the Government Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. An official separate request for quotation (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP), will not be provided incidental to this announcement. All interested parties may be submit their offers via Fax, e-mail, or, US Postal System. The Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Award will be based on conformance to the conditions of the requirement, evaluation of price, responsibility of offeror, and the overall best value to the Government, in terms of, technical capability, price, delivery, and special features.
