Description

The Library of Congress, Office of the Librarian intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with the National Leadership Institute for an intensive five-day residential leadership development workshop for 10 leadership development program participants to include a confidential residential atmosphere. Contractor shall provide an instructor, course materials, analysis of the assessment tools, feedback sessions, food and lodging and post program feedback.
