Description

It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lee Technologies, Inc., Suite 200, 4401 Fair Lakes Court, Fairfax, Virginia under authority of FAR 13-106-1(b) (1). The vendor will provide the maintenance of proprietary hardware developed specifically for NLM's UPS system by Lee Technologies. The maintenance will be performed on two MGE Model Serial Number EPS6300/44,66 and 85291-01, 05 and four MGE Model Serial Number 72-1310500 and 85291-02, -03, -06, and -07. This service will be procured under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisitions.) This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the maintenance services as specified above. Responses should demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the government's requirements. Responses are required within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the publication date of this notice.
