- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent. USA MEDCOM Contracting Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234 intends to award a sole source, fixed-price procurement to Motorola under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Motorola is the only company that can perform the installation because the boards must be initialized for them to work and Motorola has special proprietary software that must be used to accomplish the initialization. This notice is not a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. Note 22 applies.
