Description

This is a commercial item for a Full-Time Information Management Administrator to perform Information Support Services for the Pacific Regional Dental Command, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide information services includin g client/server implementations/designs, custom software development using Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools i.e. Cold Fusion, Visual Basic for Applications, Systems Administration, and hardware and software recommendations to new and existing syst ems. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. Unit of Issue: Hourly, Quantity: 1555 for Base Year, and 2003 hours for each O ption Year. The solicitation will be evaluated based on the overall best value to the Government according to the evaluation criteria factors stated in the solicitation. The evaluation of price will be done in correlation with the technical offer to asce rtain whether the price is reasonable, realistic, and affordable. The anticipated period of performance will be Base Year: 01 Jan 02 -- 30 Sep 02, Option Year 1: 01 Oct 02 -- 30 Sep 03, Option Year 2: 01 Oct 03 -- 30 Sep 04, and Option Year 3: 01 Oct 04 -- 30 Sep 05.
