Description

The U. S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to Johnson Consulting, Inc., 21 Parliament Lane, Woburn, MA 01801. This purchase order will permit the INS to have annual maintenance support of Johnson Consulting, Inc. commercial software. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and FAR part 12 for commercial items. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination has been made by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement Period of performance is 365 days after date of award. See Numbered Note 22.
