Description

1. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This request for quotation is under simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 52.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr2000.com/) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The NAIC is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. 3. This synopsis/solicitation is amended to add the dimensions of the Government owned furniture into which the requested Language Laboratory Equipment is to be installed as follows: 20 each -Console Table surfaces for 20 each Student Tape Recorders 28 " L x 21 " W x 5 " H, with existing cut out opening for Tape Recorders of 9 " L x 6" W; 1 each Console surface for 2 each Teacher's Master Tape Recorders 19" L x 11 " W x 6 " H, with existing cut out opening for Tape Recorders of 9 " L x 6" W; and 1 each Console surface for 1 each Operating/Instructor's Console 36" x 16 " x 1 "- 4" H (this Console surface is tilted, being higher on one side than the other side), with a existing cut out opening of 34" L x 14 " W.
