Description

The Naval Hospital, Bremerton wa requires FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for the government owned GE-OEC MEDICAL SYSTEMS OEC 9600 C-ARM SERIAL #69-3456 located in the operating room at the Naval Hospital, Bremerton WA. To include all service calls monday thru friday 8:00am -- 4:00pm All emergency calls will have a 4 hour response time, all parts (excluding consumables), glassware, software updates, routine labor, travel are covered. Two (2) preventive maintenance inspections to be scheduled with the bio-medical personnel. Contract coverage Oct. 01 2001 thru sept. 30 2002, plus 4 option years (total of 5 years). This is a combined synopsis/solication for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consitiutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solication will not be issued.
