Description

1. The proposed contract is advertised as unrestricted. This does not preclude any small business from providing a quote under FAR 12 & 13 for this requirement. Any small business able and interested in this requirement and submitting a quote will be considered. This requirement is a all or none requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 3. Based on market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and capabilitiy to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 10 days of this notice. 4. Services are for annual lease and reagents for immunoassay analyzer with printer.
