Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to award a sole-source contract for Eastman Kodak Film, Estar Base,140 rolls of 35mm film, catalog number 152-7472, 54 rolls 70mm film, catalog number 192-8662, 35 rolls o f 35mm x 1200 ft, catalog number 855-3091. This requirement is from the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The provisions at FAR Parts 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Con ditions Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status of Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition and any addenda to these provisions. Interested contractors must provide documentation to sh ow that they are providing the identified material.
