Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order to General Electric Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number FA4416-01-T-0316. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the full maintenance of Radiographic/Fluoroscopic X-Ray Systems and equipment used by Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews AFB, Maryland. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Payment of this procurement will be by IMPAC, Government Credit Card. All responsive sources must be registered in (CCR) Central Contractor Registration.
