Description

The Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, located in Fort Dix, New Jersey, has a requirement for two on-site dental assistant services. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with a possibility for four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contract reads as follows: 3120 one-hour sessions. Dental assistants must have graduated from an allied health/technical school and posses a certification to perform dental assistant services along with a radiology license in order to perform intra-oral films. A security investigation/clearance is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award.
