Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 a sole source agreement with Defense Technology Corp., to procure the following: Item No. 0001, Model 7001, 15 Gram Reload DD (Qty 912 ea.). Item No. 0002, Model 3013, 12 GA Inert Liquid Barricade Penetrator (Qty 896 ea.). Item No. 0003, Model 1163, 37MM Practice Ferret Liquid Barricade (Qty 896 ea.). Must be delivered no later than September 28, 2001. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a quote by September 19, 2001, 3PM (Washington, DC local time).
