Description

Tarpaulin (12 FT X 12 FT), Green. NSN 2540-00-653-7598 made in accordance with Army Drawing 19200 6537589 and all current related data. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes 1 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 09 October 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, which contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. Estimated annual quantity of 864 each will be shipped to two zones within CONUS. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Estimated issued date is 09 October 2001.
