Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Testek, Inc., Livonia, MI, for four (4) each Aircraft Engine Components Test Stand, P/N 110990,under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 and under an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that can recognize and produce the required item described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
