This is a combined synopsis/solicitation using FAR Part 12, Commercial items, for commerc ial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81C3911490133. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and closes on 25 September 2001 at 4:00 PM Mountain Time.
