Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601-01-T-0565, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is restricted to 100% small business set-aside. This requirement has one (1) line item: Item 0001, Panasonic WJ-MX20, Digital Video Switcher System with the following specifications: 2-channel digital field synchronization, special effect with each A/B program bus, 4 video inputs mixable with either composite or S-video sources, over 298 wipe patterns/digital effect and audio mixing from two sources. These specifications are meant to be descriptive not restrictive. We are seeking the aforementioned brand name product or equal. Delivery is required no later than 4 weeks after the order is placed. Please submit estimated delivery (lead time) with your quotation. All quotes must be for FOB Destination and include Net 30 payment terms.
