- The Defense Supply Service-Washington office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SAS Institute, Inc, SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC. 27513 to procure renewal maintenance and support of proprietary software running on IBM 9672-R24, IBM 9672-R26, IBM 9672-41, and IBM 9121-311 computers for the period 1 Oct 01 thru 30 Sep 02.
