Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 a sole source agreement with Daniel Technology, Inc. to procure the following: Tactical Audio Kit to include: 1 tactical stereo amp., power supply, 4ea 50' room mics, 2ea. 100' mic extension cables, contact audio transducer, probe mic w/ install kit, push mic silent wall scanner, stereo headphones, pelican 1500 case (Qty 38 ea.). No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a quote by September 20, 2001, 3PM (Washington, DC local time).
