Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-26. This solicitation is being issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 421990 and the Business Size standard is 100 employees. Award will be made on a firm-fixed price basis. All products shall be brand name. The manufacturer is CRM Learning, Carlsbad, CA. All items described in this announcement will be awarded on an aggregate basis (All or None). The "Brand Name" product shall meet the following characteristics: (10 Each) Do Right Video, Model AWA101V; (10 Each) Business of Paradigms Video, Model ACH102V; (10 Each) Leadership & the 1 Minute Manager Video, Model ABL145V; (10 Each) Change & Leadership Video, Model AST105V; (10 Each) Time Management: Keeping the Monkey Video, Model ATE103V; (10 Each) Who's On First Video, Model AVP300V; (10 Each) X-Factor Video, Model ACO109V; (10 Each) Just Get It-Situations We Face Video, Model AVL104V; (1 Each) Emotional Intelligence Video, Model ACR320V; (1 Each) Groupthink 2E Videotape, Model 111279V. The delivery point shall be FOB-Destination to FBI, Quantico, VA, within 30 days After Receipt of Order. Quotes should be submitted to FBI to the attention of the Contract Specialist, no later than 10:00 a.m., EST, 09/29/01, clearly marked with RFQ #866348. The following FAR clauses and provisions are applicable and can be obtained by using the Internet, http://www.far.npt.gov or by a written request to Ms. Denise E. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical specifications, price, and past performance in descending order of importance.
