Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order to Guild Industries under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number FA4416-01-T-0318. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the rental of Holmium Yag Laser, eye wear, fibers, safety signs and a certified technician to set up and run the unit. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All contractors who wish to do business with the government must have CCR registration, to register call CCR at 1-800-227-2423 or on the web at www.ccr2000.com. The government is not responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of submital of Request for Quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
