Description

The United States Military Academy has a possible requirement for theatre slide advertising in the ten major market cities on roughly 223 screens. The ads may run from November 11, 2001 to January 11, 2002. West Point will provide the graphic design for th e slide. The advertising company will provide production and distribution of the slide to theatres. This solicitation is being issued for informational purposes. Funds do not currently exist for this procurement. However, should funds become available, the Government intends to make an award based upon information received in response to this solicitation. NO PAPER SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. Quotes will be accepted until 16:00 on 25 September, 2001. This is 100% set aside for small businesses.
