- VA Boston Healthcare System is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with IMPACT Television for the design and development of the Department of Veteran Affairs, Health Services and Research Development Service, 25th Anniversary Video. This is considered a sole source procurement based on the unique skills of the Contractor.
