Description

TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC) will be reissuing solicitation DABT60-01-R-3003 on or about 01 October 2001 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study for Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Division (MPD)functions at Fort Bliss,TX. The Fort Bliss require ments solicit the contractor to perform services relating to the areas of military, military retirees and civilian personnel actions; processing; records processing and management; personnel manning; casualty management; transition and separations process i ng; personnel information systems management; and administrative processing of Soldiers Returned to Military Control.The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561110 with a size standard of $5M. This procurement is a c ost-plus-award-fee and full and open competition. This is an A-76 Study conducted under OMB Circular A-76 utilizing Formal Source Selection. Oral presentations will be part of the evaluation process in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. The apparent successf ul offeror will compete against a Government In-House bid. If contracted, the services will include a 90-day Phase-In period, a 12-month base period and four(4)12-month options periods (the last option will contain a 60-day Phase-Out period included in t he 12-month performance period). No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The entire solicitation package will be obtainable via TAC's Home Page at www.tac.eustis.army.mil on or about 01 October 2001. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the TAC website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be complied and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A site visit will be scheduled and conducte d in accordance with the solicitation.
