Description

TAC will be issuing Solicitation DABT60-01-R-3042 on or about 3 October 2001 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study to provide services in support of the Adjutant General (AG)and Military Personnel Division (MPD) functions located at Fort Knox, KY. Services shall include but are not limited to planning, programming, administration and management, necessary to execute the AG functions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110 with a size standard of $5.0 million. A cost plus award fee contract is contemplated. This procurement is unrestricted. This requirement is a result of an A-76 study conducted under OMB Circular A-76. Formal Source Selection will be utilized. The apparent successful offeror will compete against a Government In-House 'bid'. If contracted, the services will include a 90 day Phase-In period, a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The entire solicitation package will be obtainable via TAC's Home Page at www.tac.eustis.army.mil on or about 3 October 2001. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the TAC web site. Contractors are cautioned to check the web site periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A site visit has been scheduled for 17 October 2001 and will be conducted in accordance with information provided in Section L of the solicitation.
