Description

Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks AFB, ND intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of one (1) Genie high reach, model # 45/25 DC with electric engine; working height of at least 45 feet up and over clearance of at least 21 feet; low voltage interrupt; foam filled non-marking tires; six foot platform; platform gate; tool tray. Quote to include price of highreach, set-up, and delivery FOB destination Grand Forks AFB, ND, and anticipated delivery time/date. Offeror must provide warranty information on equipment. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and will be based on competitive quotes. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 453998; size standard is $5,000,000.00. Offerors must include with their quotation a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items (May 2001) and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror representations and Certification, Commercial Items (Nov 1995).
