Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation M00681-01-T-2374 applies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27 and DAC 91-13. The items are as follows: (5 EA) Single aluminum extruded track-one vehicle 3 short supports, includes 4 x27 hose-grabber, safety disconnect, MFD valve, regulator, trolley, long sway brace supports Model SBT-30 P/N: SBTA-31, (2 EA) Single aluminum extruded track-one vehicle 3 short supports, includes 4 x27 hose-grabber, safety disconnect, MFD valve, regulator, trolley, long sway brace supports Model SBT-20 P/N: SBTA-21, (1 EA) Radial 10Hp 3 phase fan to deliver 3000CFM @ 8.2 w.g. 3450 RPM, TEFC-56, cast aluminum housing, Teflon shaft seals, cast aluminum wheels, aluminum base 10 inlet & 8 outlet for 6 drops 250lbs P/N: FSBT-6D-10H-3, (1 EA) Engine sensor control panel, 10Hp, 208V single phase P/N: EL-SBT-ES102081, (1 EA) AMCA rated tank, 110 volt, > horse power, 4.5 gallon tank or larger, 5 micron filter w/dryer; Installation, Includes mount tracks to ceiling joists, electrical control mounting and wiring of high and low voltage connections, mount blower, disconnects, ducts to all SBTA s and blower, 1 year warranty and training. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for para (b) apply to this acquisition: (22)(24) and under para (e) the following apply: (1), (2), (3), and (4). The following DFAR Clauses apply to this acquisition: DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for Para (b): DFAR 252.232-7009 Payment by Electronics Fu nds Transfer. Quotes are solicited FOB Destination to MCB Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. Interested parties shall furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the supplies/services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available to the Contracting Officer NLT September 25, 2001.
