Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to procure Repair Piece Parts for Motional Transducer Model CT-837-D/RTH-3557-C National Stock Number (NSN) 6695-01-360-5656 for fleet support, on a Sole-Source Basis with Electr ic Boat Corporation, 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT, 06340-4989, as required by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, N aval Weapons Station, Yorktown, VA. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5 "Test program for Certai n Commercial Items" (Clinger-Cohen). The delivery date for the resultant contract will be within 40 weeks from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334515, Test equipment for electronic and electrical cir cuits and equipment manufacturing. The statement of work (SOW) shall be described in exact detail in the Request for Quotat ion.
