Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: Sole Source Basis with Fluke Electronics Corporation for (2 each) Fluke 2635A Hydra Data Bucket PCMCIA Memory Card, (1 each) Fluke Model 196 Scopemeter (100 MHZ), (1 each) FlukeView Software Kit (MS 190), (1 each) Fluke i2000 Flexible Current Probe, (10 each) Fluke 77-3 (374ME077), (10 each) Fluke 50 Series II Thermometer (374TE005), (2 each) Fluke 2635A-902 Hydra Logger w/trending 32 and 16 -- vit version, (2 each) Fluke -- 36 Clamp-on meter, (2 each) Fluke -- 189 Logging Multimeter, (2 each) FlukeView Software for the Series 180 (Fluke model FVW-SC2), (2 each) Fluke -- 1520 Megohmeter, (2 each) Fluke -- 46 Digital Multimeter, (1 each) Fluke 100 MHz CombiScope, (1 each) Fluke PM6306/023 programmabke RCL Meter 1 MHz IEEE. This is an all or none procurement. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications listed above. The award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote within 5 days after date of publication. Award will be based on best value to the government. Quotes must include price and product literature information, which list specifications, bullets per box and boxes per case.
