The government has identified all of the items needed by specific part number. Alternate or replacement part numbers for items having same fit, form, and function will be considered. However, all items listed must be quoted in order to be a valid qualifying offer. Offerors must complete Representations and Certifications if not already on file with this office, and must be registered in the Government Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. An official separate request for quotation (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP), will not be provided incidental to this announcement. Award will be based on conformance to the conditions of the requirement, evaluation of price, responsibility of offeror, and the overall best value to the Government, in terms of, technical capability, price, delivery, and special features.
