Description

The U.S. Immigration Service (INS) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to PowerMax Computers, 6077A Lakeview Blvd, Oswego, OR. 97035. PowerMax Computers is said to be the sole North American distributor and sales source for the Japanese-made Scalar PROSCOPE USB 50X imaging Kit Digital Microscope and 200X Mountable lens for the Scalar digital microscope. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses with the full force and effects of the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and FAR part 12 for commercial items. This notice of intent is not a request for quote (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination has been made by the Government not to compete this action. Period of Performance is 365 days after award. See numbered Note 22.
