Description

Solicitation Number OPM-01-RFP-0017 is amended to remove the small business set-aside requirement, modify the reverse auction procedures, extend the date for receipt of proposals, and change the date of the reverse auction. Delete the following language from the solicitation: "This procurement is set-aside for small businesses with an assigned NAICS Code of 422120, which has a small business size standard of 100 employees," and "OPM intends to conduct a competitive, live, reverse auction with Offerors on September 20, 2001, at 1900 E Street, NW, Room 1350, Washington, DC." Offerors may submit proposals via email at adadams@opm.gov or facsimile at 202-606-1464. The reverse auction will be held via email or facsimile, which will be provided to offerors at a later date. If a company has already submitted a proposal, it may withdraw, modify, or make no changes to it. The date for submission of proposals has changed to Thursday, October 4, 2001. The reverse auction date has changed to Thursday, October 11, 2001. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
