- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a Delivery Order against an existing Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement with LEXIS-NEXIS CORPORATION through an interagency agreement for the continued use and access of their database by the Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. These services will continue through 30 September 2002. This requirement is for continued access to LEXIS-NEXIS CORPORATION databases. No solicitation document exists and no award will be made.
