This procurement is restricted to shipboard habitability sources;all responsible vendors may sumit a quotation.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitudes the only solicitation;quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.soliciutation number n68836-01-t-0261 applies and is issued as a request for quotation.This procurement is a small business set aside.this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal aquisition circular 97-20 and defense acquisition circular 91-13.the North American Industry Classification System (naics) code is 811490 and the business size standard is 5.0 dollars.Fleet Contracting Center,mayport fl intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis shipboard habitability renovation of the crews mess deck,on board the uss Vicksburg cg-69,Naval Station Mayport Fl 32228.ship point of contact is ski barfield.this requirement is for a fixed priced contract for seven line items as follows:0001-remove existing chair rail and install new HPPL covered channel style (blind fastner)0002-remove existing tambour wraps and install new HPPL to mactch chair rail,0003-remove trim batons,install aluminum sheting over acoustical bulkhead sheeting with counter sink rivets and epoxy adhesive.remove existing fabric backed wall cover,prepare surfaces and install nwe shipboard,with approved fabric backed vinyl wall cover where removed and on new sheeted bulkhead.0004-Manufacture new custom fit vinyl table covers and ship force pick up and install.0005-refurbish salad,hot and utility bars.remove existing salad bar and hot sneeze gard and discard.0006-Manufacture new solid brass post system with new plexiglass and brass trim,to include stripping HPPL on all counters and edges,to include garnish tray on salad bar and new cres legs on equipment located on utility bar.0007-Manufacture new scroll awning for salad bar,hot bar,beverage line and serving line.the following far provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference:far 52.252-1, 52.212-1 instruction to offerors,52.212-2,52.212-3,52.212-4,52.212-5,52.222-26, 52.222-35,52.222-36,52.222-37,52.232-33,252.204-7004,252.212-7001252.225-7001.
