Description

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD) intends to solicit and award a follow-on purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5. The requirement is for on-site maintenance and repair services on three Ultrasound Machines, which are located at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, California. The services shall be performed on (1) Acuson model 128XP, (1) Acuson model 128XP/10, and (1) ATL model HDI 5000. Services shall be performed for one base year starting on 01 October 2001; and may be continued for an additional 3 option years. Quoters will be evaluated on their Past Performance and Price. Past performance must be the same or similar in scope on equipment that is the same or similar in type as indicated in the solicitation. The monthly firm fixed price must include all labor, parts, materials, travel, s ales tax, and freight charges. All interested parties may download the RFQ from the NECO website at http: www.neco.navy.mil under the Business Opportunities tab; or obtain a copy by emailing their request to the Contract Specialist/Officer. Paper copies shall not be issued or mailed. All responsible sources may submit their quotation, which shall be considered by the contracting officer. The deadline for submitting quotations is 12-noon pacific daylight savings time as described in the solicitation on Thursday, 27 Sep 2001. The anticipated award date shall be no later than 30 Sep 2001. See Note 1.
