Description

Due to the tragic events of September 11, 2001, and the current security conditions throughout our nation and Florida's Space Coast, we have cancelled the annual Business Opportunities EXPO 2001 scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2001. For eleven years in partnership with businesses like yours; NASA, the Kennedy Space Center Small Business Council, the 45th Space Wing, and the Canaveral Port Authority have jointly contributed to building a stronger economy through Business-Government partnerships. Our responsibility now must be to ensure safety and security of the public, government personnel, and property. Regrettably, we made the difficult decision to cancel this year's EXPO 2001. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our condolences are extended to all those affected by the tragedies in New York, Pennsylvania and the Pentagon. God Bless America.
