Description

The Export-Import Bank of the United States, Office of Administrative Services, Contracts and Acquisitions, 811 Vermont Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20571 intends to award a sole source order to Kennedy-Wilson Properties, LTD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for rental space for the Export-Import Bank Houston, Texas Southwest Regional Office. The renewal lease is for an office space at 1880 South Diary Ashford II, Suite 585, Houston, Texas. Rental Space is 2,196 square feet. This is a continuation of the lease and will run for one year beginning 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. Proposals to move the regional office to another location will not be considered. This acquisition is under NAISC code 7389. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sole source requirement and if no affirmative written responses are received via United States Postal Service transmittal, indicating that a comparable source is available and offers specific capabilities required to satisfy the needs of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, a sole source Purchase Order will be negotiated. Responses must be received in writing as stated above, within five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice. Interested parties must submit descriptive literature with their response to prove their capability to respond to the requirements. The responses must be in writing. NO TELEPHONE, E-MAIL OR FAX RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
