BRAKE DRUM, REAR. In accordance with Mfgr. P/N 34281 3141 73972 3141 29222 16794 72540 03-12250 45152 2AT968 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract to include one base year and four possible option years. Estimated annual demand quantity is 796 each. Quantities to be shipped to various location throughout the continental United States. Offerors will be required to submit pricing based on Destination Zones (East and West). No technical data is available. An offer for an alternate part number must submit a complete data package including data for both the approved and alternate part numbers for evaluation. Other than full and open competition, part numbered items. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of October 9, 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
