All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Notes 9 and 22. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 10/15/01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Busines Size Standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Various Increments Solicited: From:100-199; 200-229; 230-999; 1000-1999; 2000-2999; and 3000-3999, quantity of 230 each to be delivered within 170 days after date of order to various destinations within the USA; balance to be delivered at a rate of 230 each every 30 days thereafter. SET-ASIDE TYPE: UNRESTRICTED. IQC is anticipated (1 yr basic(365 days), 2 yr option(730 days)).
