- The following changes are made to subject solicitation: Playground system must be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1992. The borders around system must be plastic not wood. Drainage is not required. Heavy-duty mats are required in front of each slide. Proposal due date of 3:00 PM, CDT, 24 September 2001 has not changed.
